Eligebility Criteria
General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
Duration: 3 years
Intake Capacity: 60
Selection Procedure:
Govt. quota seats are filled through Central Counseling conducted by Govt. of Odisha. Selection of candidates is made on the basis of merit according to the mark secured in 10+2 Examination. Management quota seats are filled on the basis of merit of candidate.
Eligibility:
Candidate must be of 17 years of age as on 31 Dec 2025.
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with English and must have obtained minimum 40% in aggregate without extra optional. 5% of total mark is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.
Registered ANM with 10+2 pass is also eligible for GNM course.
Candidate must have passed Odia up to M.E. standard in case of Govt. Institution and Govt. seats in Private Institutions.
Candidate shall be medically fit for the course.
Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.

There is ample scope for engagement as Staff Nurse in Govt. and Corporate Hospitals.
Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery (ANM)
Duration : 2 Years
Intake Capacity : 60
Selection Procedure:
Govt quota seats are filled through Central Counseling conducted by Govt. of Odisha. Selection of candidates is made on the basis of merit according to the mark secured in 10+2 Examination. Management quota seats are filled on the basis of merit.
Eligibility:
Only Female candidate attained the age of 17 years as on 31st Dec. 2025
Candidate must have passed 10+2 Arts/Science/Commerce from any recognized Board/Council.
ASHA having 10+2 pass is eligible for applying the ANM course.
Candidate must have passed Odia up to M.E. standard in case of Govt. Institution and Govt. seats in Private Institutions.
Candidate shall be medically fit for the course.
